Very good cheese. On my repeat list together with Mimolette and Gorgonzola.

A fine cheese, no doubt and nice and fresh when it arrived but it was a little too hard for me, thats all. Otherwise, it was a top-quality cheese.

Well packaged delivery. Crackers bland but impoves with topping. Also, a little to hard for my liking. Would recommend to try, though.
