Thanks for letting us know about your booking experience. I have passed the comments on to the team in the office. We hope that our 2019 brochure gives you a new tour to think about.

With the air con at the hotel we are sorry that this was centrally controlled and we will look at this for our next tour, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. Likewise with the train. We want both train journeys to be very comfortable and are happy that you enjoyed the 2nd over night train. Thank you for travelling with us and we hope to see you again soon. 

Thank you for your comments. We have of course looked at alternative ways to travel to Cannakale and appreciate that arriving at 1am (or 11pm in the UK) is quite late after a days travelling. We try and break the travel up by having dinner en route to ensure we aren't on the coach for too long. I am glad to hear that this didn't impact on your tour too much however and we hope to see you again soon.
