Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. We have been using this fabulous art deco hotel for a number of years and it has always been brilliant. We are taking this issue up with the hotel as we feel they have let us, and therefore you, down. We will only continue to use the hotel restaurant if they can guarantee better quality. Thanks again for bringing the issue to our attention.
