With regard to locating our representative at the terminal, we do suggest they can be found just outside the terminal with their vehicle which is heavily sign written with our company logo, I am sorry if on this occasion he may not have been so visible.
On this occasion, your delivery back to your home address in Scotland was on the 5th working day after disembarkation, at a time when we are striving to collect & deliver as much luggage as possible in our own vehicles, we do state a period of 1-5 working days for delivery.
We do find when the ships arrive back midweek, It is more difficult to schedule the runs but we do always try to keep the delivery days to a minimum. At anytime you are unhappy with waiting for a delivery, you are always given the option to have an earlier delivery with the courier but we obviously do not have as much control around delivery times etc.

On this occasion, your delivery was on the 4th working day after disembarkation. At a time when we are striving to collect & deliver as much luggage as possible in our own vehicles, we do state a delivery period of 1-5 working days.
At anytime you are unhappy with a delivery period, you are always given the option to have an earlier delivery with the courier service but we obviously do not have as much control around delivery times.

I have already booked and paid for my next cruise in the New Year!
Regarding my last booking my bags were collected at 7.15am and returned at 8.15 pm by an unfailingly cheerful handler ( John???).
