Value for money service
Service was good with exception of returning luggage was a 7 day wait which was too long. I phoned and got it earlier. If you had given me the earlier date first it would have been a 5 star service.

We will always initially offer the delivery back in our own vehicle as many of our customers prefer this option, but are more than willing to deliver by courier at any earlier date if it is possible. It was just unfortunate on this occasion that our own van wasn't in your area sooner.

Yes would recommend to friends. Friendly & easy to use. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the suitcases were dirty when delivered home by a courier company.
