I am sorry that on this occasion you have found the service not to be helpful to you.
I can confirm we did in fact to contact you by email on numerous occasions, however emails to the original email address provided were bouncing back to us, hence the attempt to contact you via telephone.
Our driver did have a note of your home address as we do provide this to them, incase of any last minute changes to the collection location, however he did collect at the correct collection address.
With regards to the cabin change, we do update any given changes to cabins, however we do ask you put your cruise issued labels on your cases as this will usually tie up with any changes onboard.
I can confirm all aspects of the service you received were carried out by our own vehicles with our own staff, there were no couriers involved at any point.
