I am sorry to read your comments. As these are live plants and bulbs, we send them out when they are ready to be sent, so they are in the best condition when being delivered to our customers. I am sorry you feel mislead. This is certainly not the experience we wish upon our customers and all feedback is taken on board and into consideration.
