I am truly sorry to read your comments. With live plants, these leave when they are ready, so with a large order, seperate consignments will be sent as and when each plants is ready. I am sorry you weren't greated well on the phone, this is most unusual as all staff are always happy to offer assistance, so all feedback will be passed on.
