Thank you for your review. We apologise that on some occasions the plants have arrived in poor condition. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of plants received you can contact our Customer Service Team direct who will look to resolve any issues for you. Unfortunately the item that was not delivered was lost in transit and due to replacements being unavailable a refund was arranged. Apologies for any disappointment caused. Kind Regards, Suttons
