Unfortunately, due to the natural variables that occur during growing, there may be an instance where we must delay an upcoming crop. If a crop is delayed, we ensure to send our customers an email with the updated date of dispatch to ensure you are kept informed. As per our terms and conditions, in the occurrence of an item becoming unobtainable due to crop failure, high demand or other reasons, we may send a carefully selected alternative which is similar in habit, growth and colour to ensure you are not left without anything for your gardening plans. Any unwanted substitutes can be returned for a full refund as we understand this may not always be suitable for everyone. We take payment when an order is first processed, to avoid issues where payment cards may expire before the date of delivery, or payment availability changes, to keep administration costs to a minimum and avoid disappointment.
