Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the problems with your potato order. We can see that your original order was despatched and unfortunately when you contacted us and we were able to track your order we could see that your order was lost in transit. We have arranged for some replacements to be sent out to you and unfortunately the lead time on potatoes is around 3 weeks and we apologise that there was confusion with the information provided.
