I am sorry to see we have not sent your Hedgehog House to date. I note we have emailed you today explaining there is a delay. I would expect this to be due to supplier or logistical issues so I do apologise. I hope you will be happy to wait for the order and apologise for any inconvenience.

I’m afraid many of the plants were damaged and the pots broken when I received them. I had ordered quite a large number of pkants and they were packed into two boxes, one large and one smaller.there...

Poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No communication about delays. I had to ask for updates before suddenly the bulbs arrived the next day. Would have been quicker to go to a nursery. Very disappointed
