All the tomato plants that were delivered were dead or dying. No replacements but I was given a full refund. However the product was not fit for purpose.

We are sorry to hear of the issues experienced with your order on this occasion, this is disappointing and certainly not the condition we hope for you to receive your plants in. We expect our plants, given the correct care after potting on and time to revive from transit, to grow on into strong and vigorous plants. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the condition of your tomato plant, this certainly is not the quality we aim for our plants to arrive in. Sadly, the unfavourable conditions of transit, lack of light and water, can affect the health of plants on arrival and I sincerely apologise we were unable to offer a replacement for you on this occasion. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any disappointment caused, we can see you have contacted our customer service team and a refund was processed for the item as sadly we were not able to supply replacements.
The last 2 deliveries took so long that the plants either died or tool too long to recover. Th last 2 did not arrive at all. I received a refund but no explanation or apology.
