Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

If you select the group option on our website, all the members of the group would have to start and end their trips on the same date. However, if you do a similar trip in the future, please do give us a call, and we would be happy to look at slight variations on that for you as pour internal system offers more flexibility.
