We are pleased to hear that our sales advisor was able to give you excellent advice by phone. It would appear that you had originally got a quote for the wrong sort of policy to cover you for a trip abroad - the Sports Travel is the policy that we would generally propose for foreign trips, but it seems that you were looking at the Sports Accident policy which is designed to cover people doing a sport or activity in the UK. We will be looking at making that more obvious on our website to avoid this confusion in future. Thank you for your feedback. 

We appreciate your feedback. Generally speaking we respond the same working date with regards to medical conditions, although sometimes it be delayed overnight. We appreciate that our customers like to get a speedy response so that they know what is and isn't covered, or what terms will be applied. We hope that you don't find yourself in a position that you need to make a claim, but that if you do, that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide!
