Basically, the customer has 30 days to change his mind and we can take the items back - no problem. This is a standard 30-day no-quibble returns policy that all good retailers abide by, and it is reasonable to consider this period of "cooling off" time as adequate for a customer to see whether what he orders is actually what he needs.
