As per our online orders and returns policy, there has to be an email sent to us to request a returns number (RMA) before you can return anything you ordered on our website. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges, but we do take back items ordered and unwanted (within the 30-day cooling off period), and we have sent you a returns number. We are waiting to receive the unwanted item and we will refund as agreed.

As per our email and phone conversation, we apologize for this inconvenience, and according to our policy this item is under warranty - a free replacement could have been sent out to you if the item was returned to us to be tested and found faulty from the manufacturer (but you chose to order a second one...).
We hope that this second switch works fine, and we hope the wiring and installation and usage is as prescribed in the technical specifications for this product, since these can contribute to the malfunction of the product. Have a great day.
