Easy ordering process, good web site

Website easy to use. found items easily & price was good too!

This was delivered 2 days after order - in a blizzard!! The person delivering this carried it from the main road - a considerable distance. Very impressed by the speed and willingness of the driver...

Very happy with the service. I received a phone call and email follow up from Claire in Customer Services.

One item was out of stock, which I found out when I phoned the customer services, holding up the order.I chose a replacement and the order was then despatched immediately.

The first table was delivered damaged as it was poorly wrapped, but Slingsby reacted quickly to my email and a replacement was despatched immediately.
