Product size had been changed from that posted on the wbsite. Instead of telling me this Slingsby just took the money for the old product whilst neglecting to send me the (cheaper) new one.

Goods ordered were delivered next day - excellent service.

No email telling me the item was out of stock, no updates as to when stock will be due!
