Not really pleased about it. The products were expensive nearly 60+ I spent for the items to be dirty, dusty and have black marks on them. I will spend my money at boots from now on.

Thanks for responding. You wrote this response 3 minutes after you sent me an email about my order.
Packaging is excellent. Therefore, the items arrive in perfect condition. There are regular updates about my orders progression,so I know when it will arrive.
The app is garbage. I can’t do anything on it. The website is barely any better. I only go on there if there’s no other choice to get what I need.
