Thanks for your feed back. Regarding all of our international orders we use a postal service which does prove reliable although in some cases it does take longer than expected. We continue to look at new options available to us and still be able to offer free delivery. We will advise customers should we alter our current method. Thanks Kind regards Feelunique.com
