I can see that you enquired about the property via one of our external portals, however we do send all clients a link to our direct website to enable them to book, which we recommend all guests review, as it includes a link to the full booking and property information. Sorry if you missed the booking fee when reading through! I am glad we were able to rectify the surcharge query, our new website now handles this better, making the payment process much easier. Although the housekeepers do try and be as flexible as possible with check in/out times, they do have a tight time frame to turn these large properties around in between groups, so a later check out is sometimes not possible. It’s always worth asking though just in case! By all means if you wish to book again please get in touch and if a later check out is a requirement, we would be happy to ask on your behalf prior to booking.
