The only fee we charge on top of the advertised rental is a £20 booking fee for our service, so were a little unsure which extra fee’s you are referring too, but please let us know if you have any further information so we may investigate. Great that you liked the property and the location was what you had hoped for! The lodge was booked as advertised on our website, but by all means if you require different bedroom configurations next time, just let us know and we could always help with the search for you. Sorry to hear about the leak in the bedroom, we hope the estate office being first point of contact for any issues during your stay, were able to help resolve this quickly for you.
