Many thanks for your feedback, so nice to hear you found the gardens peaceful and it sounds as though your group made the most of the fantastic games room. The owners of this house do have a programme of scheduled decorating and maintenance work ongoing. Following a recent inspection we have also advised the owners that an extra bathroom or shower room would also assist future bookings.

This certainly is one of the more popular holiday houses for large groups in our portfolio and we’re glad to hear your stay was overall a success. Thank you for bringing the housekeeping items to our attention and I am pleased to hear the housekeeper responded promptly. After speaking with our Property Manager I can confirm the property is scheduled to be re-inspected this Thursday as part of our ongoing annual quality control. He will check compliance and provide the owner with a comprehensive audit report. It’s feedback like yours that helps us provide the right advice and guidance to owners regarding their responsibilities in keeping guests comfortable and safe.
