The security deposit is fully refundable 7 days after the holiday end date, however upon request we are always happy to ask an owner if this can be returned to your account a little earlier. We agree, the Isle of Skye is such a beautiful part of Scotland to visit and the owner of this property has made the house really well equipped and comfortable. Sounds like all the little extras were also appreciated and made for a memorable holiday :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a detailed review of your holiday. This house is due for a re inspection by our property manager and I’ve forwarded him your comments so these can be raised with the owners. Completely understand your concerns regarding the water supply and appreciate the trips to the Co-Op must have been time consuming, the same applies with the wifi. We will take up your recommendation and provide further information on the private water once we’ve fed your comments back to the owners and understood from them what we’re to communicate to future guests. So glad to hear you felt their housekeeping staff were helpful, it does make a big difference.
Didn't find that they were able to answer questions timeously. Felt it was a struggle to get an answer to a basic question or request for information. This has no reflection on the venu we visited.

However for questions relating to a specific facility at the property we may sometimes just need to contact the owner on your behalf to clarify as they are often on site themselves so best placed to answer any details!
