The security deposit is retained for 7 days after the holiday end date and I can confirm your refund has been actioned today. Upon request we are always very happy to contact the property owner to ask if this can be returned earlier than the standard 7 day hold.

By coincidence myself and our Property Manager were there after your stay last week, and we have reviewed further the expansive grounds available for visitors, discussing this in full with the management and the owner of the dog nearby so that all parties can both enjoy and relax in this beautiful space on future visits.

We agree, this impressive highland house is very spacious with extensive grounds, and the cosy drawing room with open fire is perfect to relax in after a day out sightseeing!
