Water pressure in the showers was poor and the internet went down after the first day. No cot.

Thank you for your feedback, we'll certainly pass this onto the owners, for improvement where possible. This property in particular doesn't offer a cot. Sorry you didn't mention you needed one at booking stage, but had we of been aware of this, we can always double check with owners prior to arrival to be sure, which may be handy for future reference.
