Fabulous to hear you had a excellent Christmas holiday at this luxurious lodge finding it warm and comfortable. Sounds like you also made the most of the extensive grounds too, enjoying winter walks.
Obviously adverse weather conditions can't be helped but all owners do their best to keep the roads as clear as possible, perfect to hear that the housekeeper was able to assist with the access to the property throughout your stay. Thank you for your feedback, we shall certainly bare this in mind for future Winter guests.
