Overall service was good paperwork & contact was very efficient - only reason didn't give 5 stars was good house keeping deposit was due to be returned in 7 days and it was nearer 14

Sorry if you missed this information on your paperwork but we do notify all guests that when a Good Housekeeping deposit is paid by cheque, this sometimes may take longer to return. We do offer card payment methods which allow for immediate return which may be helpful for future reference.
