Superb in all aspects. One small criticism is that I found the bed to be a bit short. I am 5'11" so not exactly tall.

Great to hear that you found the house suited your group of 14 for the re-union, having visited myself I totally agree the sitting room and dining area is very comfortable for large groups.
Often this is one of the quirks of a larger property, however we will certainly pass your comments on for review, regarding the water pressure.
Great that you're already considering options for 2018 with us, we hope we may be able to help with another memorable trip.
