Many thanks for your feedback, great that you found our booking process straightforward and website accurate. As indicated on all of our paperwork the quickest method for receipt and return of the GHD bond, is by debit or credit card (no surcharge for debit card)
Having checked your account we can see you selected to pay by BACS, which is returned by cheque unless bank details are supplied as requested. Although we aim to do this as quickly as possible, it sometimes takes a little longer to obtain the relevant signatories. However I can see that your refund was issued within the expected time frame following your departure and this should be with you in the post shortly.
