Wow, thanks for your feedback, it sounds like the whole family had a brilliant time for the 50th birthday weekend. Great that you found the bedrooms comfortable and the living area's impressive.
We'd love to assist with a return visit in the future (don't forget to claim your SCH Loyalty discount next time!) and we'll certainly pass on your comments for improvements where possible. These larger houses often come with the hot water quirks, given the age and nature of the buildings on offer. However we do hope the onsite housekeeper was able to assist with the heating glitch for you.
