Thanks very much for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the service with Scotts very good and that you enjoyed the local area. Given the size and nature of the types of property we let, they do come with some quirks. However the owner is available to help with any issues throughout your stay, they’re your first point of contact and to hand to help rectify or advise on any issues if needed. Of course we’ll also pass your comments on to ensure improvements are made where possible for future guests.  

Thanks very much for taking the time to leave a review, we’re sorry to hear there was some miscommunication prior to arrival. Whilst a starter pack with basic provisions are usually provided, all of our properties are let on a self-catered basis as advertised. A quick call to the owners is always welcome to gage what will be available to get you started to avoid any disappointment on arrival. Of course if we had known about the issues experienced throughout your stay we would have certainly contacted the housekeeper on your behalf, they’re you’re first port of call whilst at the house and available if needed in these events.Having looked over our correspondence, we did advise that telephone communication is best for this particular owner, who has always been very prompt and helpful when responding to guests. Unfortunately you had emailed at a time when the owners where away on holiday with limited internet connection and your correspondence was being diverted to their spam mailbox for some time. However we’re glad that after following this up on your behalf, the owners were able to locate your correspondence and get in touch promptly.  We’ll certainly passed your comments on in order for improvements where possible but are delighted you found the property comfortable and well equipped overall.

Sounds like you all hsd a fantastic time at this beautiful property even with the quirks of the hot water which is quite common due to the nature of these large old houses, when multiple bathrooms are in use at the same time. We're so pleased you all felt comfortable and would like to return again in the future.

Thank you very much for your comments. it may be handy to know for future reference that we do send a courtesy SMS to our guests that opt to provide a mobile number, this is generated and sent a couple of days before the guests arrive.

Thank you for all of your comments, so glad to hear you found everything to your liking. As all of our properties multi list we do need to reconfirm with the owners before proceeding and usually this is received within 24 hours however I understand that on this occasion the house manager was away when you enquired, but glad that we could hold your dates over the weekend until the diary was confirmed on Monday for you.  If we can temp you back in the future just let us know.
