Delighted you had a good holiday. I've taken on board your comments over more images showing the areas above the main lounge and other areas and will see if we can get more added to the website. Nice to hear you thought the bedrooms were all a great size and there was plenty of room with the two smaller lounges and main area downstairs for the whole group to enjoy without feeling you were on top of each other. Hopefully we might welcome you back another time!

Further to our conversation, I've since spoken with the Estate Manager and fed back your feedback on the kitchen and other areas you felt could be improved from good to great with a little thought and additional housekeeping. It was nice to hear you felt the ambiance overall was excellent and that you'd like to return again next year on the basis some of the areas identified were addressed. Thanks for sparing the time to talk to me about your experience and I'm delighted you had a wonderful time and loved the property.

Yes, I can imagine architects in the 1500's did not have holiday letting in mind when they built these strong towers! Glad to hear you had a good time and don't forget to ask about our welcome returnee discount next time you book.

The initial booking service and the venue were great. Only negative however was the Estate Manager's attitude which left a lot to be desired.
