Following your application there were a couple of questions that needed answering in order for Underwriters to assess the risk. As with all insurance policies, these needed answering in writing as they form part of the application. Our records show your initial call was at 9.40 and cover was confirmed at 14.38 once the questions had been answered.

We are sorry that you had issues with our website; this was definitely not our intention. By default the country to be insured is 'please select' the user selects the country - we are unable to recreate the issue you had with it changing from Spain to the UK. If you choose a higher excess the premium is automatically reduced subject to a minimum premium required by Underwriters. The full policy wording is available on our website, you can also download it when you proceed with an application after you get a quote. Once we receive an application we confirm cover the same working day or contact you with any further queries.
