Thanks for taking time to provide your feedback. As you can see from previous feedback we value the support and advice we give to customers over the phone. Following your application there were a couple of questions that needed answering in order for Underwriters to assess the risk. As with all insurance policies, these needed answering in writing as they form part of the application. Our records show your initial call was at 9.40 and cover was confirmed at 14.38 once the questions had been answered.
