Hi Karla, Thanks for the response. I have been in comms with SCT and although I'm still unhappy, at least SCT has made up some of the shortfall as a gesture. I believe Santas Lapland as the operator and price controller are best placed to refund the £328 shortfall, although this seems unlikely considering they wont deal with me - not great considering i'm going on their trip this year. They don't consider me as a valued customer. Thanks
