 Hello and thank you for sharing such a detailed review of your stay at Sandals Barbados.  We are delighted that overall you had a fantastic honeymoon with us and we are sorry that some aspects of your stay were not to you liking and did not meet your expectations.  We do understand and appreciate that not all of our resorts will suit all our guests and while the majority of our guests do have an enjoyable time at Sandals Barbados, we do realise that every guest is unique and each experience will be different. At Sandals, we greatly appreciate all guest feedback whether positive or constructive, as we are constantly improving our holiday package for our valued guests.
