Poor that after applying and getting a trade card, I was told that I had not provided my qualification evidence, when I had.

My sincere apologies as there seems to have been some confusion. I am afraid there was no documentation attached with your online account which is why you received the email. As you have since gone into a Salon Services store I can certainly see the store have approved this on 3rd June 2017 so you can certainly disregard the email requesting further documentation. The store would have provided you with a tradecard pack while in store.

Great products. Good value for money. Absolutely love the 'Daylight Duo Lamp Floor' which arrived within a couple of days (much much earlier than the 2-3 weeks quoted). Would recommend.
was not informed until I questioned customer services inregardes to the whereabouts of my order that it would not be in stock until AUGUST.
