My sincere apologies the process was not explained clearly for you. When the order was placed we applied a pre-authorization to your account on 20th April. However when the order was cancelled the pre-authorization dropped away so no payment was charged to the account. I would certainly advise checking this with your bank directly. My May credit card statement shows this amount charged to my account. I suggest you double check your systems as this is definitely the case as of end May 2017. Thanks
