I am pleased to hear that overall you were happy with the service you received and the condition of our Newcastle facility, I will be sure to pass your comments onto Chris and his team. Apologies for any delay caused due to us unfortuantley only having one lift in operation, as we do try our best to manage the impact on customers waiting time.
