Helpful staff(Katie) , clear explanation and gave good advice and did not rush for decision. Only it was a long waiting time before phone was answered!

Generally good but a few small improvements would be helpful.
Efficient and helpful generally. When I booked my cruise it would have been helpful if the booking agent had told me about optional adding e.g. drinks packages, parking at the cruise terminal etc....
