We were, however, sorry to note your comments regarding the hotel. Whilst its lakeside setting was appreciated, we understand that the absence of a bar and the delays during evening meals detracted somewhat from your stay. We note your comments regarding the long days and limited free time, particularly when dining independently in the evenings. To help ensure our holidays are suitable for all guests, our Sales Team discusses mobility requirements at the time of booking, and we do ask that guests are open and transparent about any mobility limitations so that we can help determine whether a tour is the right fit for them.

We are delighted to hear that you have previously enjoyed four of our river cruises and have recommended us to friends. We were, however, sorry to read that this particular Seine cruise did not meet your expectations. Whilst the weather at Arromanches and Giverny was unfortunately beyond our control, we appreciate how disappointing it must have been for two of the highlights of your holiday to be affected by heavy rain. We also note your comments regarding the pace of the itinerary. Whilst the programme is designed to showcase as much of the region as possible, we appreciate that the number of excursions, early starts and coach transfers resulted in a busier experience than you would have preferred. We further note your disappointment that much of the sailing took place overnight, limiting the opportunity to enjoy the riverside scenery during daylight hours. Thank you again for your feedback.
