This was undertaken with the aim of providing a comfortable and practical environment, whilst also ensuring compliance with the stringent health and safety requirements necessary for the safe operation of our itineraries. We recognise, however, that individual preferences and expectations will vary, and we are sorry that the ship’s design was not better suited to your personal requirements.
