We also appreciate your understanding regarding the cabin change and are pleased that the team members involved made what could have been an inconvenient situation as smooth and stress-free as possible. It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the itinerary, the food, and the entertainment, particularly the dancing, which clearly created some memorable moments on board. We understand your disappointment regarding the limited availability of the sun deck facilities. Due to the low bridges along this route, the awnings, sunshades and sunbeds must be lowered or removed at various points during the cruise. These measures are taken at the instruction of our shipping partners and, most importantly, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and onboard team members. We regret to learn that you found your hotel room to be noisy. We do hope you had the opportunity to raise this with your tour manager while on tour. When they are made aware of any concerns, they are typically very good at finding a suitable resolution so guests can continue to enjoy their tour in full. As is typical within the travel/tourism industry and to allow housekeeping to clean and make the necessary preparations, check in time is usually from 3pm. Our partnered suppliers are always happy to allow earlier check in if, if the necessary cleaning is complete.
