We also appreciate your comments regarding mooring locations, time in port and service in the restaurant. River cruise moorings are owned and allocated by local port authorities, and cruise lines must operate within a range of logistical, navigational and operational requirements when planning itineraries. As a result, it is not always possible to berth within easy walking distance of town centres or to schedule arrivals and departures at preferred times. We have also noted your observations regarding service in the dining room and will share these with the relevant team for review. We hope to welcome you on another Riviera holiday in the future.
