Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your positive review. I have checked back in our records and can see there was an issue which meant the allocated driver of the day had to return to base, which meant we sent another driver to swap on the pick up route. The replacement driver was unable to perform the return route due to driving hours restrictions, having started earlier in the day, and therefore a 3rd driver brought your coach home.

I am sorry that the drivers did not introduce themselves and advise the reasons for the changes, and will ensure that they are reminded that silence causes concern for passengers.
