Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The drivers are always good ...but there is always along journey picking up people that half of the day as gone before we arive

Thank you for your feedback, as you know our route runs from Cambridge to Bishops's Stortford, and for some trips includes Harlow. As you are based at one end of the route, you will have the longest journey in one direction, and the shortest in the other. Where trips are exceptionally popular this route is divided into 2 coaches, however we can only do that when economical.
