Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

When you book on line choosing your seats can be a problem as the figures that you drag over do not seem to move over to the seats you choose.

The seats do not drag, you need to click on one allocated seat, it changes to green, then select the new seat you want to select, and the figure will move to the new seat. Repeat for as many passengers as you have booked. There is a key to the left hand side of the screen which may help.
