Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you had to wait for a product to come back into stock. 
We like to ensure that orders placed on the website can be delivered within a couple of days and we run reports regularly to update the website with current stock levels. The trouble is that we receive orders over the phone and via email so it can be difficult to be 100% correct
I hope that you are pleased with the products that you purchased and that this experience hasn't put you off from visiting our website again
